Music theory/ Ear training / harmony: 1h

• Level 2:
  Music theory/ Ear training
  Switch between writing musical learning and its sensitive hearing. Initiation to harmony
• Level 3, Level 4: Harmony
  Systematic study of modes, scales and construction of chords, depending on the approach of different styles. Progressive learning of their complexity and their colours.

Improvisation: 1h

• Level 2
  Through the instrument, learning of the codes needed to the improvisation.

• Level 3, Level 4
  Creation of a personal musical discourse from the improvisation’s techniques.

Ensemble: 1h30
Group practice in combo in the objective to perform on the JAM’s stage and which can lead to a real professional project.

Jazz history: 1h30
A teacher, or an external intervener, shares his passion for an instrument, a musician or a musical period.
(CD, DVD, videos, discographies)

Depending on the results of the primary tests, it is possible to attend some of these classes up there, in a preparatory level.

Total: 5h30 a week
Tuition fees: 1250 Euros a year
+ 50 € for the appliance and registration fees.

STRENGTHENED GENERAL COURSE

• General Course + 2 hours of Theme Orchestra Course

This course completes the general course with an opening on the practice of contemporary world music.

Tuition fees: 1550 €  a year
+ 50 Euros for the appliance and registration fees.

• General course 5h30 + ½ h extra lesson of individual instrument practice (although, the studying of a second instrument is recommended).

Tuition fees: 1720 € a year
+ 50 € for the appliance and registration fees.
